Who we are
FPI Aviation ("we", "us") operates a GCAA Part-145 approved aircraft maintenance facility at Accra International Airport, Ghana. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiry & RFQ data — name, company, email, phone, aircraft details and message you submit through our forms.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics (pages viewed, device type) collected only with your consent.
How we use it
To respond to quotes and AOG/maintenance enquiries, to provide our services, and to improve the website. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis & your rights
We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, where applicable to EU/UK visitors, the GDPR. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify). Analytics, where enabled, are privacy-preserving. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention & contact
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. For any privacy request, contact privacy@fpiaviation.com.
